About INHOME cleaning

InHome Cleaning also washes the windows of the apartments themselves for the residents of the apartment complexes of the VvEs where we keep the public space clean or do the window cleaning. Depending on the wishes of your VvE board, InHome Cleaning visits your VvE four to six times a year. Within the period in which we come to wash the windows at your VvE, you as a resident can book a time slot yourself. This is how we work efficiently and at the same time cost-effectively!

InHome Cleaning is an initiative of Rietbroek, a family business with many years of experience in cleaning maintenance and glass and facade maintenance. The brothers Rob and Peter Rietbroek have been at the helm of this company since it was founded in 1991. Together with Joyce Rietbroek, who is responsible for finances and Jerry Sluis, who is co-owner of the day-to-day activities, they form the management team.

InHome Cleaning is exclusively for members of VvEs for which Rietbroek cleans the public areas or washes the windows on the outside. For the time being, InHome Cleaning does not offer any services at VvEs or independent homes where Rietbroek does not provide services.

InHome Cleaning washes the windows on the inside of Vve apartments and the outside of the terrace or gallery. We also wash the glass interior doors / walls. Does your apartment complex have balconies or galleries? We also wash these windows on the outside! We also clean any balcony bulkheads on both sides. At the moment we do not offer any other cleaning services, but as soon as we expand our service package we will inform you immediately.

Preparing your home

Immediately after entering your zip code and house number, you can see how much it costs to wash the windows at your VvE. We often offer multiple options. All prices quoted include 9% VAT.

No. We do not charge call-out costs or other additional costs. Because we combine our work for you with the work for the VvE, we no longer have to charge call-out costs. This allows us to plan efficiently and you benefit from that. You only see the total costs, which already include 9% VAT.

After registration you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information, such as your time slot and the costs. Move as much stuff as possible that gets in the way and slide your curtains aside. You don’t have to do anything other than staying home at the agreed time.

Yes. To make it as easy as possible for you, we also come in the evening. Check our agenda and select a time slot in the evening.

Yes, as far as possible. It limits the risk of damage if you remove your belongings from the windows yourself. If there are items that we cannot reasonably move or are not allowed to move (due to safety regulations), we will not wash those windows. If this is the case, the windows that have not been washed will be charged. Our experience shows that we can just wash most windows.

Look for windows that cannot be reached safely under the heading Implementation!

No. It is advisable to collect or move your window coverings in front of the windows as much as possible so that we cannot contaminate or damage them. Curtains with light colors in particular often get dirty from dirty leaking water. If we have to touch the window covering, we cannot accept liability for soiling or damage despite our caution.

Yes. Our window cleaners work more efficiently if there is someone at home who can answer their questions.

We need two working days to prepare our work. So you can book up to two working days in advance. After that, we will no longer take reservations.

About the InHome Cleaning window cleaners

Yes. All employees are well trained and have extensive experience.

Yes. All employees have a VOG and are known to the management of InHome Cleaning.

About the performance

This depends on the number of windows in your apartment and varies from fifteen minutes to an hour and a half.

Yes. We work fastest when there is someone at home who can answer any questions from our window cleaners and guide them through the different areas.

Naturally, we do our best to safely wash as many windows as possible within the health and safety legislation and we have extended tools for this. Unfortunately, if we can’t reach windows safely because there are items in front of them that cannot be moved, we will not wash them!

Where there is lapping, splashes fall. We remove that leakage water as soon as possible. We may be overlooking a few drops. If there is too much leaking water, we would love to hear from klantenservice@inhomecleaning.nl

If we wash the inside of the windows, we immediately take off the direct frames (about 8-10 centimeters from the window). That’s not a thorough cleaning. A thorough cleaning of your frames and windowsills is not part of our offer!

Our working method is different on the outside than on the inside, because the pollution outside can be predicted better. When washing on the outside, we wipe the direct frames (about 8-10 centimeters from the window) wet and dry. This effectively removes atmospheric dirt and lightly adhered pollution. That is still different from a thorough cleaning, where the frames are cleaned with a sanding pad. That is not within our offer!

Yes, please. When we’re done, we’ll ask you if you have any comments or questions. We prefer to hear them on the spot. We immediately get to work on it, because we like to do our job right the first time.

Yes. If you have glass interior doors or walls, you can optionally book these and these will be done on both sides.

No. InHome window cleaners are not allowed to accept cash or other fees.

Change, cancel or move appointments

Did something come up? Then choose another time slot free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If a suitable time slot is no longer available, please contact us by phone.

You can move your appointment to the next appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If you do not want to book a new appointment, please contact us, call: 085 760 09 12. We will be happy to explain to you which other options there are.

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, we will charge the full amount!

Complaints or problems

Send your complaint to klantenservice@inhomecleaning.nl . We will handle your complaint as soon as possible!

Report the damage immediately. Notify our employee who came by, but in any case send an email directly to klantenservice@inhomecleaning.nl. We take every damage seriously, are insured for it and deal with the problem as quickly as possible.

Cost and payment

Always pay online via iDeal. Cash payments are not possible for security reasons.

Yes. After registration you will receive a confirmation, in which all amounts are specified.
